Spurlens Rig Wind Cluster

Originally proposed as a much larger scheme just south of the village of Leadburn in the Scottish Borders, Spurlens Rig has evolved as a six turbine project similar in scale and layout to our Muirhall Wind Farm.

Over three years of feasibility and environmental impact assessment has shown that the site can readily accommodate this modest scale wind farm which will soon be submitted to planning.

As part of our commitment to local communities one of the wind turbines at Spurlens Rig has been offered up for community ownership.
