Blaewearie Wind Farm

Located just west of Galashiels in the heart of the Scottish Borders, Blackhaugh is a well established sheep farm now in its third generation of stewardship by the same family.

The site is well exposed to the prevailing south-westerly winds, yet surrounded by higher ground which serves to considerably limit the extent of visibility of a windfarm there.
